Went to went Merrueshi Maasai Secondary School, she later joined Maasai Mara University where she pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. She has 2 years of professional work experience, working in different organizations. Charity has worked at Kenya Prisons Service as a Human Resource $ Development Officer II. She also worked at The Kenya Power $ Lighting CO. LTD as a HR graduate trainee. Charity is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
