PhD Francis Polong
Director Monitoring and evaluation
Dr. Francis Polong is the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, where he leads the design, implementation, reporting, analysis, and verification of KRCP project activities and programs. Francis has a lot of experience in project planning, execution and management, and monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and verification (MRV), gained over years working as a senior research fellow in both government and non-governmental organizations. He is passionate on issues concerning climate and environmental change, and working with communities to enhance resilience and mitigate the impacts of climate change. He is also an avid researcher and participates in research programs under various research groups, including the International Research Laboratory for Environment and Climate Change (ILCEC) at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in China.
